Features of Boomba Racing Engine Mounts
- Molded in Polyurethane Bushing: Ensures durability and performance.
- Eliminates Wheel Hop: Provides a smoother driving experience.
- Increases Traction: Enhances grip during acceleration.
- Eliminates 1-2 "Bang Shift": Reduces harsh shifting between gears.
- Premium Aircraft Grade Billet Aluminum: Ensures strength and durability.
- Reduces Engine Flex: Improves overall handling and stability.
These direct bolt-on mounts combine to replace the rear engine torque damper, significantly improving the vehicle’s traction and shifting response by reducing excessive engine flex. Wheel-hop during hard launches is also completely eliminated thanks to these mounts.
Boomba Racing mounts are machined from high quality aircraft grade billet aluminum for strength, durability and looks. Inside each mount you’ll also find solid polyurethane bushings with the rigidity carefully chosen to optimize vehicle stability while also minimizing excessive vibration transfer from the motor to the body.
Installation is simple, does not require engine support and utilizes all OEM hardware.
Mounts are available in Natural Aluminum finish, Black anodize, Blue anodize and Red anodize.
See the video below why our mounts are superior to those with a pressed-in bushing:
As with any aftermarket motor mount, there will be added NVH(noise vibration harshness) that wasn't there before. These mounts take 1,000 to 2,000 miles to fully break in.
Product Color Disclaimer
Due to variances in the anodizing stage of production that are beyond our control, actual color hue may be different than what is pictured and what has also been previously offered by Boomba Racing. a must have!
This product greatly reduces wheel hop and torque steer. It feels like a completely different car! Installation is simple and doesn't take too long. Worth every penny.

Well built mount.
Quality, fit and finish are all excellent. The installation video makes life a breeze. I did have to use a large screwdriver to pop the exhaust bracket loose but it was easy to get back in. Vibration is honestly terrifying when I first started my ST after install. I was pretty sure I had ruined it, but it does get better. I knew that would be the trade off for locking my wheels to the road :)

amazing product
The difference this made is night and day, wheel hop is pretty much gone, only thing is alot of vibration when taking off from a dead stop.

Love this Mount
Prior to receiving this mount my ST suffered from horrible wheel hop and that nasty knock with aggressive shifting. On night my wife was with me and the wheel hop scared the piss outta her. She told me that night to order something to fix it. Jumped online and ordered this from Boomba. I ordered the night before Veterans and really didn't expect it to be even packaged till Wednesday. But Tuesday I received an email changing my order status. I received the mount on Friday and it was installed on SUnday. I expected the vibration in the low revs so it was that bad but wheel hop and that damn knock was gone immediately (tried launching it on an access road on the way home) Another great product from Boomba

Good vibrations!
My ST is a torque monster. It has the Ford Racing reprograming package. Had to do something. The Boomba rea motor mount is the answer. No more wheel hop. Installation was straightforward. The vibrations are minimal. Vibes are mostly felt through the pedals and are beginning to abate after only fifty miles of driving. Don't believe they are strong enough to cause the computer to pull timing. Beautiful finish. Great design. Quality product.

Boomba RMM (torque Damper)
This motor mount was straight-forward to install. The vibrations at idle were pretty strong, but have subsided noticeably after just 100 miles. The feeling of connection to the car, and the understanding of what the engine is doing by feel is vastly improved with this damper. Wheel hop has been replaced by wheel spin.

Great buy for the price
Easy install and excellent results. No more wheel hop and the engine doesnt rock back anymore when I floor it. Slight vebration between 800 and 1,200 RPM but nothing major. I am very pleased with my purchase

Designed as intended
I have read plenty of reviews on this product, but I felt people were a little too harsh on the extra vibrations that this mount brings. I have a polyurethane mount installed on another vehicle and this mount doesn't add as much extra vibrations as that one. It does however add a whole lot more traction to the tires. No more wheel hop issues so far. Both pieces are beautifully constructed, and the level of detail to the fitment is top notch. Highly recommended to people that like to drive a little more spiritedly through the gears.

No More Traction Problems!
This is a high quality piece of CNC aluminum! Install was pretty easy, a little tricky getting to a couple of the bolts, but just take your time and you will get it. As others have mentioned, there are definitely some vibrations when you first start up, so be prepared for that, I've only drove about 20 miles so far, so they should be getting better with some more miles. Vibrations are from idle to about 1800 rpm's and then are gone. Traction is greatly improved though, no more wheel hop and that's what you buy this mount for!
