This direct bolt-on kit deletes and blocks the sound symposer from your 14+ Fiesta ST, cutting off the artificial drone noises being directed into the car's cabin, instead allowing you to hear your engine and exhaust tones as they should be. Included is this kit are an aluminum block-off plate and a delrin hose plug, both of which are precision CNC machined from high quality material with laser engraved Boomba logos.
The block off plate features a threaded 1/4 NPT port and plug, allowing for allowing the end user to connect whatever aftermarket accessories they desire, such as our in-development catch can. This kit is also must-have for those higher horse power builds, where the increased boost levels could break the internal diaphragm of the OEM symposer components and cause boost leaks. Installation is simple and as well as completely reversible.
The block–off plates are available in Natural aluminum as well as black, red or blue anodized.

Easy install, instant results.
Installed a catless downpipe earlier in the year and ever since, the noise through the factory symposer has been god awful and at some times almost unbearable. Installed the symposer delete this past Friday and besides the factory hose clamp being installed where I needed an actual hose clamp tool to get to it, install was easy and took less than five minutes. Almost immediately I noticed that while I was hearing more noise from the exhaust and the Boomba BOV spacer, there was no longer that annoying gurgling present under light throttle at times. For $40 and less than a 5 minute install, this symposer delete was worth the time and money spent.

Perfect, does its job. If you don't have 45 degree pliers, read on
Great little mod. Tight seal, no leaks, looks good in the engine bay. You're paying for quality here, go for it. If you don't have angled pliers, remove the entire hose section via the hose clamp at the charge pipe connector. It's about 4 inches below the clamp in the video. That'll help you wrangle the sound symposer out without much drama. Or just go to a hardware store and get the angled pliers for cheap.

Quality part, quality finish, perfect fit
Couldn't be happier. Quality parts. I recommend this to anyone looking to remove the sound symposer from their car.

Needed info not in you tube vid
The delete is amazing once you start modifying. The quality of the Boomba product is spot on. The instructions are close(the you tube vid.) DO NOT attempt this install with out 10-11" 45 degree angled pliers. Also in my car, I needed a little wd40 to get the plastic box out.

Perfect!
Great fit and finish. Easy to install. The rubber plug for the symposer input line is a nice touch although I removed the line completely for less clutter. Great product!

Great product
Finally 2 years later I've purchased the Sound Symposer Delete Kit. Well made product easy to install, except trying to get to the one bottom clamp it took awhile and a few cuts on the hands. Finally the fake exhaust sound is gone, it sound much better driving in the city and I no longer have to listen to that annoying sound cursing on the highway at 75mph. I just can't believe I waited 2 years to buy it.

Awesome product
Well first off Boomba sent this really quick which awesome. The product itself looks awesome and durable. Installation was simple and straight forward. Love how they had a installation video. I can hear everything inside my car now without rolling down the windows..BOV, turbo, exhaust, everything. Great product and highly recommend.

More natural engine noise
Great finish (went red anodize), easy enough to install (except for the weird angle at which the hose clamp towards the front of the engine block, made it difficult to open on my 16 FiST). Removes that monotonous "drone" that the symposer creates, ordered at the same time as my BOV adapter and i couldn't have a bigger grin
