This high-performance recirculating bypass valve is precision machined out of aircraft grade billet aluminum. It features an internal brass piston design and is pressure tested to withstand up to 75psi, allowing it to complement even the most aggressive turbo builds. Spring pre-load determines the pressure differential required across the piston before the BOV opens and releases the pressurized intake charge. Designed to be a replacement for the OEM bypass valve, it is available in 4 different colors.

By applying equal amounts of air pressure to both the charge pipe side as well as the vacuum line side of a BPV, we're able to simulate real-world boost conditions. Doing this allows us to test the overall construction of the BPV, including the ability to check for leaks.

Best upgrade you can do for stock internal engine, you can hear it very well for a recirc type bov. Very high quality part highly recommend

I installed this and have definitely noticed the performance upgrade aspect of it. Boost spools more steadily and faster as well. My assumption is it’s from the bpv holding it more efficiently. When I went to test the stock bpv it was definitely leaking air ( letting air through while uninstalled) how ever the boomba one did not one bit leak while uninstalled. Love the product and I am hoping to soon get the short throw shifter that a person at my local Subaru dealer recommended.

I recently purchased bypass valve for my 2018 WRX from Boomba. I am so happy I did. I watched the install video, I had no problems installing the bypass valve, I definitely can feel the difference, I had a friend who owned several WRX's take my car for test drive and he knew right away my car was performed better than before the install. I'm hooked! Now looking for some more mods

I purchased this for my 2011 Legacy GT and it fit great with a simple mod and sounds amazing!!! It's a very well made , high quality product. I will definitely buy more from Boomba!!!!!!

Last week I ordered the Boomba BPV for my '16 WRX. I OCD about car stuff and watched tons of videos, read tons of reviews, and talked to my tuner before pulling the trigger. I have to say that, at roughly $100 cheaper than any of the competition, it was pretty much a no-brainer anyway. The product shipped fast, installed super easy (I was doing my Charge-Pipe at the same time), sounds great, and even though I installed a number of other things at the same time, I feel like the way my boost happens and holds now is a lot more solid than with the stock unit. Totally happy with this and I'll definitely look to Boomba for other stuff when I'm ready to add more to my car.

it took me 10-15 mins to change the Boomba BPV. it takes longer to jack your car up & down then take off the under tray then put it back on again. i didn't take off the turbo inlet or trim. as long you have the right tools installation will be easy! thanks boomba!

Sounds amazing with intake

The installation wasn't hard at all... the video instructions were spot on. With an air intake, this sounds amazing! I really love this product, you'll be really pleased with it.
