This extremely durable and high-quality bracket is constructed out of billet steel. It installs easily and mounts to the existing shift arm on top of your Veloster N transmission, reducing your shifter throws by 33%. The increased weight also aids in shifting momentum and positive engagement.
The adapter bracket is designed and manufactured in Boomba's manufacturing facility in the United States, and all mounting hardware is included. All adapter plates are zinc plated for durability and excellent appearance. This is a must-have mod for daily drivers as well as autocross and road racing enthusiasts!
We HIGHLY recommend purchasing the shifter bushings at the same time to ensure you only have to disassemble everything once.

Transmission adaptor
Excellent product!! Highly recommend, install did take me a few hours but the results are well worth it. Do the replacement bushing while your at it. Big difference on the shortness of the shifts

33% Happiness
The fact that you don't have to replace the shift arm bracket and just add on to it is amazing. This is my second shift plate adapter and I'm amazed once again. You will not be disappointed by the 33% shorter shifts and precision. It feels like more than 33%. It is a totally different shifter and more fun to handle.

Transmission Adapter with shifter base bushings and transmission bracket bushings
I purchased the Transmission adapter at the same time as the shifter base bushings and transmission bracket bushings. With the assistance of the Install Guide on the item store page and the video on the Boomba YouTube channel, I was able to complete the full installation in roughly two hours. I recommend using both if you are unfamiliar working on cars (like me) as some things are better shown/explained in the video and sometimes in the Install Guide. Shifting in my N was already good before the install, now it's like driving a reinvigorated version. Aside from the obvious reduced range of motion, the shifts into the even gears have a HARD stop. After shifting into 2nd, 4th, and 6th, if I pull straight back on the shifter there is no perceptible movement, whereas the odd gears have slight give, especially 5th. First gear now requires slightly more effort to engage than the other gears. Second and third gear seem to be the easiest to engage. Second to third and third to second shifts can be completed in one satisfying motion. Reverse feels like the shortest gear. Overall, fantastic product. Cannot recommend enough to fellow N drivers.

Short Shift Adapter
I installed this along with the the bracket and shifter base bushings. Firmed up my shift perfectly, more precise and great feel while cruising and WOT. Perfect buy.

Fantastic shifting
Firms up the shifter immensely. Very positive shifts. Nice shifter feel. Just remember to remove the rubber bushing on the shifter console, or you wont have the even gears.
