This was honestly the easiest short shifter I have installed in 30 years of modding cars. Super high quality, like jewelry. Install took maybe 15 minutes with the rental tool. Nice tight shifts with no extra effort or heft. Keep that in mind, since the last few short shifters I installed increased lever effort in a big way. Pair it with a heavy shift ball and stiffer tyranny mount and it will be as good as it can get.

I already had the Blowfish Racing shifter mount, and was impressed with it -- this piece takes it to a whole new level though. Short, fast, accurate, comfortable shifts. I also rented the puller -- I'm glad I did, but the provided bolt was a 3/4" rather than 18mm. The install was pretty simple. It also looks and feels like a high quality piece.

I don't see how you can do any better than with this kit. The length of the throws are perfect. And being able to install the shifter from the top of the trans rather than below the vehicle is icing on the cake. The factory shifter is a little tough to pull off right at the end and the Boomba shifter is a little tough to get on, but otherwise a pretty easy install. There were also no problems with returning the puller as well. Super glad I went with this shifter.

I have a 2015 Mustang(Ecoboost) and I was curiously browsing different products that I could install to my car when I stumbled upon the boomba short throw shifter. I looked up there install videos, looked up other reviews, and finally decided I wanted to buy it to install it. I'm so happy I did, the shifter looks so sleek. I love how comfortable it is now to shift when going through the gears. Awesome quality, awesome customer service, boomba was able to answer all questions I had about the product, gave it 5stars but would give it 10 if I had the option.

I bought two, one for my car and one for my brothers car Lowering the shifter really makes the car easier and more comfortable to drive and this is a top quality product and installation was very easy. This was a fantastic upgrade over stock and the price is a great value. Thanks to the Boomba team for a great product and great communication before I bought them.

This is an awesome shifter. My hand rests much more easily now. Shifting is quicker and all around more comfortable. It looks a hell of a lot better than stock too.

The install was very easy, cannot complain about anything. I love the way the shifter is now, the shift throw is equivalent to a MGW throw distance now (compared to my buddys car with mgw). Short enough now to be happy, not too short. I love how its down lower because it feels more like effortless shifting when cruising through town. I had to give the shifter a good solid test with a couple speed shifts and a couple power shifts and there are NO problems what so ever with the quick shifts or power shifts. It actually feels much better now and less slop in the shifter. This is without the blowfish bracket. I feel without the blowfish it is still very good but with the blowfish it will make the shifter just about flawless now! Could not be happier. Anyone who is debating on buying this shifter will not feel unsatisfied after the install, i do recommend highly!
