Boomba Racing shifter base bushings are a direct replacement for the OEM rubber bushings. Once installed, they completely eliminate excess movement in the shifter assembly, creating a much more precise, crisp, and exact shifting experience.
These bushings are precision CNC machined from high-quality aircraft grade billet aluminum and are available in 4 different colors: Natural Aluminum, Red, Black, or Blue Anodized.

Small parts, big difference!
To preface I paired these with the short throw shifter on my 2021 Kia Forte GT 6MT. Both the shifter kit and the bushings work together to make the car feel as amazing as it does now. These bushings in concept make sense, but when you throw those first few shifts with the new setup you will know your money was well spent. Incredible how crisp these make shifting now! Bushings/Shifter
Bought the short throw shifter and bushings for my 2023 Kia Forte. It drives like a completely different car. I wouldn't want to drive another manual car without it installed.

Amazing
Don’t be like me and order the short throw without the bushings. I drove a week without them and noticed that 5th and 6th gear where little tricky as well as reverse. After I installed the bushings I noticed a huge difference and now every gear is super smooth.

Shifter Base Bushings
I have yet to install these on my N as I am waiting for some alacantra interior pieces from N Performance so I only have to tear apart my interior once. I however have no doubt they will make another positive change in the feel of my driving experience with my car. Beautiful, well machined, fantastic communication, fast shipping. Make more parts for the N so I have more business to handle here in the future!

The difference between the rubber bushings and metal bushings is night and day, the metal bushings feel so much better then the OEM rubber bushings
