These shift knobs feature a precision CNC machined brass core for added weight, paired with a Delrin shell for durability, excellent appearance, and temperature management. A heavier shift knob places more weight at the end of the shift lever, increasing momentum and providing a greater mechanical advantage, resulting in a much more positive feeling throw when shifting.
The Delrin shell includes an anodized cap with an engraved shift pattern and an anodized aluminum collar at the bottom of the knob. The Delrin material ensures the shift knob remains comfortable, preventing it from becoming too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter.
