Why did I wait so long?
Installed this on my 2016 FiST (76k miles) today, and holy crap is it amazing. I installed new shifter bushings at the same time and the difference from stock is amazing. The gates are clear but soft and that "what gear am I in?" feeling when coming out of neutral or skipping gears is completely eliminated. Solid piece of equipment.

Great build quality easy install maybe took 20min. Definitely a worthy up grade. Makes the shifts a lot closer then you would think. Could tell the difference just putting it in reverse to back out of driveway.

Worth it!
I didnt think it would really make that much of a difference but it did. I'm so happy in fact that I no longer feel the need to mod the shifter anymore other than change the knob out. Install was a breeze! Thanks Boomba!!

Works GREAT!
I installed this along with the cable bracket bushings. The overall action is much shorter and heavier. I found the stock shifter throws too long and too light (like a toy). This is highly recommended. TIP: The bottom plate that the screws go into only fits in ONE WAY! I was going nuts trying to get one of the screws to attach. Doh!

I purchased this shift adapter plate due to disliking the distance of the stock throw I chose boomba because it's a local company and the price was right! The product was just as promised and installation was straight forward I'll be purchasing all of my parts through boomba from now on!

Finally decided to pull the trigger and order this along with the cable bushings. Cannot believe the difference! My only issue is that I didn't install them sooner!

love the shift feel after installation
I installed this together with the short shifting plate. Together they make the shifting experience of the fist so much better. Not the easiest to install, with patience, you can do it. For me, I was not able to remove the shifting cables out of the bracket, you can still manage to remove the stock bushing and install the new one. Just take more time. Overall, highly recommend!
