Greatness!
I was starting to have buyers remorse with my FiST because of how awful the shifter was and I wasn't about to pay $200+ for another company's plate. I ordered and installed this (easy ~30min install) and now I am saved. Now, it shifts just like my old Mazdaspeed3 did and I love it!
