Introducing Boomba Racing's all-new Rear Motor Mount for the Veloster, Elantra GT, Forte GT, and Kona N. This mount is beautifully CNC machined from 6061 aircraft grade billet aluminum at our Wood Dale, IL manufacturing headquarters.
Our mount features molded polyurethane bushings, not pressed-in bushings like our competitors. This design leads to a much more durable motor mount, as the collar cannot rotate in the bushing and cause friction. This mount helps to stabilize the engine during launches, hard acceleration, and aggressive turns. By stabilizing the engine, you drastically reduce wheel hop, leading to more efficient power transfer to the ground.
We've chosen to implement 80 Durometer bushings with this mount, which strike the perfect balance between comfort and performance. The 80 Durometer bushings help absorb excessive vibrations while still allowing for effective power transfer without excessive wheel hop.
Installation is straightforward, and there is no need to support the engine.
These mounts are available in four colors: Black, Blue, Red, and Natural Aluminum.
Check out our blog to see the engineering behind this mount!
See the video below to understand why our mounts are superior to those with a pressed-in bushing:
Installation:
As with any aftermarket motor mount, there will be added NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) that wasn't present before. These mounts typically take 1,000 to 2,000 miles to fully break in.

Easy to install
This was easy to install. It will add vibration but it brakes in and isn't bad but you will know a power placement is better much better off the line.

the Must-have for N
Hard acceleration became brutal after installing this. No more wheel-hops. The idle is more obvious when stopping. Neutral gear shift when stopping will ease the idle.

Perfect
Very good for now it sampleto instal

Hyundai Kona N Motor Mount
I'm still breaking this component in, but I certainly notice a marked drop in wheel hop under hard acceleration. It feels like my Kona N puts its power down somewhat more efficiently now. On the downside, there's certainly more vibration transmitted to the frame (and you feel it), but it's worth the improved traction. Transmitted vibration should also reduce as the mount breaks in. A quality component that was easy to install and well worth the price.

Amazing
One of the best mods for racing applications and improvement in wheel hop and reduced body roll and engine movement!

Boomba Motor mount
Amazing quality parts and harware! It didnt quite fit to oem on my 16 veloster r-spec due to the aftermarket factory lower anti rollbar. But with that modified the motor mount works fantastic! Makes the car feel and drive so much better! 100% recommend to anyone that is looking for a stiffer motor mount!

Motor mount
Easy install. Does create vibration,, especially when the A/C is on which takes some getting use to. Supposed to ease up over time, will see. Definitely does eliminate wheel hop
