The shifter height is shorter by almost 2 inches and is positioned closer to the driver by half an inch, putting the shift knob in a more comfortable position while retaining full functionality of the reverse lockout.

It's designed to drastically reduce shifter play while in gear, effectively removing all additional play your shifter has in the 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 6th gear gates. Absolutely Love
I absolutely love the way my car feels now. I was worried after I got it installed and was going through the gears in the garage wondering if it was too much but after I got out the driveway and took off I absolutely love it. The shifter slop is gone and the shift pattern still feels natural. 5th gear used to feel so awkward to get into but not anymore. I also wanted to add that that was hands down the fastest shipping time I’ve experienced and the quality and care of the packaging was awesome. I also love that you guys through in the calendar and stickers. The worst part about the install was definitely the roll pin but just take your time. Thank you

Ultimate shifter package is so worth it
I got the ultimate shifter package on a black friday deal. Let me just say that I now know why the stock shifter is complained about so frequently. My shifter feels very solid and tight. Absolutely no wiggle in all gears. The throw is extremely short so its taking a little time to get used to driving again. Install was pretty smooth. Took about 2.5 hours with the majority of the time screwing with the shifter plates rolls pins and getting the top bolt on the shifter plate cover. Other than that just have a nice clean work area where you can keep track of all the screws and bolts and the install is really straight forward. Thanks for making my car feel fun again Boomba!
