Typographical Errors
In the event that a Boomba Racing, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Boomba Racing, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Boomba Racing, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Boomba Racing, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Termination

Product Color Disclaimer
Due to variances in the anodizing stage of production that are beyond our control, actual color hue may be different than what is pictured and what has also been previously offered by Boomba Racing. We apologize for any inconvenience and we sincerely appreciate your understanding. For further clarification, feel free to contact us.
Right of Refusal
Boomba Racing, Inc., in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Your acceptance into our Affiliate Program is also our sole discretion and may be refused for any reason.

International shipments are sent duty unpaid, and you agree to pay any and all import taxes billed by the carrier post-sale. You hereby authorize Boomba Racing, Inc. to bill your credit or debit card for all unpaid duties after 30 days.
