Boomba Racing has been manufacturing a 75 mm throttle body for Evo X's for quite some time. We never could take full advantage of our throttle body because the stock intake manifold bottle necked right after the TB. The stock manifold flange could not be opened more than 65mm without compromising the manifold walls. So far there are no aftermarket intake manifolds that offer a 75 mm TB opening. We decided to solve the problem ourselves and created a hybrid manifold that has a 75 mm diameter opening but still utilizes the factory manifolds plenum and runners. We designed a special adaptor that can be welded to the stock manifold. This adaptor has a 75 mm through opening and the flange accepts a Boomba Racing 75 mm throttle body. We also have a special reducer plate that allows you to mount a stock throttle body to the Boomba Hybrid Manifold. Boomba Racing will pay $200.00 for every core sent to us (subject to inspection). Boomba Motor Mounts are designed to gain better traction, improve acceleration and help wth smoother gear shifts. Boomba Motor Mounts kit replaces both front and rear engine torque damper. Mounts are machined of lightweight, aircraft quality aluminum with solid, molded polyurethane bushings. The polyurethane hardness is carefully chosen so the engine mounts do not transfer any excessive vibrations to the body but significantly reduce engine movement during acceleration. Boomba Racing has developed a special high temperature insulating gasket which replaces stock intake gasket. Turbocharged cars use aluminum intercoolers to cool the air compressed by the turbocharger. Colder air has lesser volume, which means that more air (and oxygen) can be fed to the cylinders. Intake manifold is also made of aluminum. It is mounted to the head and absorbs heat generated during combustion. Forcing air thru hot intake manifold reverses benefits of intercooler. Insulating gasket separates head and manifold significantly reducing heat transfer. During average driving conditions temperature drop up to 50 F can be achieved. Boomba Racing EVO X Ultra High Volume Fuel Rail is machined from solid aircraft quality aluminum billet. This rail has AN-8 fittings on both ends which can increase fuel flow by 50% compared to stock. The fuel rail has large 17.5 mm internal bore that can easy support 1000hp. It has 1/8 NPT gage port and adaptor port for stock fuel pressure regulator. FPR port blocking adaptor is supplied with each rail in case aftermarket FPR is used. Rail comes with preformed stainless steel supply pipe that mounts directly to factory fuel line. It is designed with true expansion in mind.
